Was just reconciling some work expenses and found a charge for Payment Protection Cover on my Lloyds Credit Card for £11.33

Is this part of that PPI business and if I want to claim it back, should I go direct to Lloyds or via one of those places that advertises on Sky all day?

Very easy. Dont use a "specialist" unless you're particularly stupid or lazy.

Just be wary of those forums, as there is a noticeable lack of distinction between fact and opinion from the many "bedroom barristers" that frequent them. There is also a very blurred line between thrift and outright fraud on that site too.

Although it is comical to watch from afar - posters who are scratting around trying to claim back a few quid, get compinsayshun at every opportunity, how to reduce their debts and credit card bills, but then also posting about how to get the best deal on a £3k holiday.
