Who should I get to design my website?

I need a website, which for now can be little more than a holding page with contact details and some background information, but I may want to extend or replace it to include ecommerce with perhaps 30 items for sale between £150 to £5000 each.

I also want email addresses of the [e-mail] format included from the start.

I'd rather not spend much money on it for now, so any recommendations?
