Few electrical questions..

Right. The ever growing electrical "mission"..

Just want to confirm a few things.

This should be in a black box right..? Where can I get them from?



Self cancelling for the indicators.. Is is reliable usually? Any reason not to fix it..?



I believe the LED(?) part is supposed to be here..?

I'm 95% sure mine isn't in a black box either, but I can't check until I get home. My self cancelling works as and when it pleases, and turning right is more reliable than turning left in terms of the indicator/self cancelling function. Sometimes left indicator self cancels as soon as you let go of the stalk (i.e. before you turn left), which is a bit annoying.

I think I need to have a slightly better look at it tbh.. My intial thinkings seem a little off after a little scour of internet/drawings.

I think the box should not be in a cover, but maybe the one that is supposed to be attached to the steering column!

On mine it uses the Velro(?) to attach to the inside of the dash vaguely near the heater controls.

Mine is exactly the same, you should find the other half of the velcro up near the back og the heater controls.
