Does anyone know any history of the above car?

Any thoughts on it, price wise?

Probably priced about right, It hasn't had a engine rebuild and some early SP6 were problematic but as this one has done 44k miles most issues should have been resolved but do bear in mind a rebuild is £6k.
Check the chassis condition for rust, has it had a clutch recently £1k, how long has it been lying still for, they like to be used. But If it's a good one its a hell of a lot of car for £13k. but a hell of a money pit if you get it wrong!!
