Can you drive from where the camera is across this junction to get to Gillingham high street?

I reckon you can't go leftright (no entry, one way) and you can't drive across the turn boxes and solid markings so you can only turn right confused

Edited for L/R confusion

I think you mean you can't go RIGHT because it's one way; you can certainly go left. I can't actually see anything to say that you can't go straight on. There's no reason you can't drive across the turn boxes.

ETA: I think maybe that central box is just indicating that you can't go into the right hand lane of the road in front of you (probably because your lights are green at the same time the cars coming from your right have a right turn filter).

Yes sorry left not right... the line/cheveron markings in the middle can you cross those?

Yes because the bordering lines are dashed. If you weren't allowed to cross them they'd be solid.
