So does Santa, alledgedly, but that's another post.

Its that time of the year when my family & friends (as I'm sure some of yours have also)are asking what I want from the Big Fellah this December. Thought you guys may be able to advise of suitable presents for the usual handbrake/gearstick/petrol cap/oil cover/car cover etc suspects and which company reccomended Leven/Zertec etc. Obviously price range would be in the £15 - £100 mark, dont want to look like I'm taking the ps, so regrettably the Sagaris is off the list this year

Of course, the last thing I want is to make him look like a chav mobile, so reccomended combinations would be grateful i.e. would shiny handbrake and gearknob look too OTT?

Or should I not get any upgrades and tell the lazy fs to buy me something original... for once?!

I got bought the Leven handbrake lever and gear knob and think they look the dogs danglies compared to the "standard" TVR originals.....

.....you could also do what I did for my 40th this year, and ask for cash...add it all together and get your headlights converted...

We're visiting them on the Sunday 14th if you want to join us, then you can do some real window shopping...

Could have a yellow Cerb gathering at the Mid Essex meet afterwards too

Handbrake I have is polished one as in the top pic in the TVR section... www.leventechnology.co.uk/index.htm
Gear knob at bottom of the page (shown in pic) is an ideal match...

Leven also do a "blasted" finish so you don't have to have a shiny one.

Best bet is to give them a call...

I got an alloy tax disc but could never get it to fit on the window because of the curvature.

I may ask Santa for s set of small fire extinguishers. Again, not very exciting but could be the difference between a black patch on your engine and a burnt out shell of an ex-Cerbera

Thank you all for your thoughts so far.

I now have a few options and was hoping to come along to Leven's open day, but Ive just been informed by 'her who is to be obeyed' that I'm in charge of both kids this Sunday (a 6mth old is not easy to transport safely in a TVR), which leaves me with the dilemma of staying at home/local licking my wounds from rugby and watching sport on the TV without anyone moaning (apart from my daughter who will want cbeebies or Nemo on)or piling them into the Audi and popping up from Sussex for an hour, which rather defeats the object, but maybe better than nowt.

I really should get on with some work, damn PH being back online!

Bring along the Audi and the kids, you'll be more than welcome as a few of us bring children along to these meets.

They'll be plenty of Cerberas around if you want to know how something looks/fits and your children are too young to say "no"!

PS. Nowt wrong with Finding Nemo, even after watching it 30+ times!

Damn you Podie, the phone's been engaged since you posted that number

Looks like the Audi is going to be in Basildon come this Sunday, earliest I can get there will be about 10.30, when are the rest of you getting there?

Rob, had you better let them know the number of 'young uns' turning up so they can arrange a crèche while we go spend our money

Onward to mid-Essex meet will be dependant on times etc, but I'll make that decision on Sunday.

Cant believe you s have talked me into going Sunday, well, I realise Ive actually talked myself into it :mutter: LOL

They've literally only just opened their servicing operation, so the phone could be busy due to that … mine's booked in on Wednesday next week

Leven open day is Sunday 14th from 09:00 to 12:00… you'll be able to get a bacon roll and a brew as well … and straight after we'll head over to the Mid-Essex meet for Sunday lunch

I'll resurrect the thread so you can post how many people are coming - let them know how many bacon rolls they need to do..

I'm sure there is a unused unit near Leven we can lock them in for a few hours while we're away hooning
