Have a read of the following thread, there are a few suggestions there. Unfortunatly one of the links to a supplier does not seem to work anymore?

But why not have a go at making your own. Any s/steel sheet, or heavy gauge aluminium will do the trick.
In my pics the shield that protects the serp belt is bolted on using the existing threaded holes in the alternator bracket. It is mainly flat but with a curve surface that goes part way under the manifold.
The shield that protects the otter switch on the swirl pot is actually fitted using the same 4 nuts that hold the swirl pot in situ.
Get a "blue peter" moment going and cut and shape with cardboard, then copy it out of the metal of your choice.

Yep. its the latest thing its called a bluetooth ignition, it all works wireless, no spark plug or coil leads, and it gives the engine a lot more balls......or should that be horsepower..........???????Pic taken during the rebuild, so a few things missing!
Hi all, got a nice reply from the company. They sold the last heat shield a couple of weeks ago. Whilst they make no promises, they say they will look into making some more if there is a demand for them. Post up in here if or send me a message if interested and I'll pass the message on to them.

Leven are going strong, but that product is not in their current catalogue.Just bought their wash wipe system, far neater and more effective than standard TVR Chimaera wipers, and ordered come wheel centre badges this morning
I'm just wondering I have a late car, no heat shields, so did Tvr stop putting them on the cars at some point or are mine missing.
Or am I totally wrong and there all after market!

I use the old man maths regards spare parts, well if I replace something before it breaks then I've got a spare hanging on the wall! Whats better than that.

What year is yours? Mine was sold as a '99 but no idea if that is correct or just the year it reached Japan. Any way to tell for sure the year it was made in?
Anything serviceable coming off the car is going to be kept as a spare. Am looking at the exhaust options now and for sure will be keeping the parts I take off from that just to keep it street legal when it goes for its "MOT". Besides the system that's on there is really clean, no rust and many years left in it.
Making a shopping list and hoping I get a good bonus this year and then will get some goodies on the way. I'm really digging the hard top conversion. Having now seen photos of one with the canvas covering they look stunning and car looks really clean when the entire roof is stored in the boot.

Mine disappeared a long time ago. I have a Steve Heath one somewhere that I havent got around to fitting yet, but he doesnt make them any more.
There was another company v8 something or other who also do them but I cant for the life of me find the link. I think I have it saved on my PC at home so I'll have a look when I get home.

They were pretty flimsy to be fair. and I expect a lot of them were just binned or replaced with something more substantial.Or am I totally wrong and there all after market!
That mine lasted until last year and 'passed out of existence' during the rebuild was fortunate in the first instance, and silliness in the second instance.
I certainly have seen them on low mileage later cars, but couldn't say with certainty if they were still being fitted until the end.
Come on; one of you mad-modders must have a spare!?
