Cleaning Sunroof
Discussion
I always coat the glass to repel water and make future cleaning that much easier.
You can use wax (I used to use Bilt Hamber auto-balm for this) but I much prefer the newer nano coatings now which aren't as cheap but their longevity and water repelling abilities are much better.
I currently have Max Protect's Ultimate Glass Coat Pro on the Saab and have been very impressed with it. Their water spot remover is very effective without relying on abrasives and revealed just how much mineral build up remained on the glass despite claying and the use of car glass polishes.
GTechniq's class coatings are also very good, and at the cheaper end of the market are the likes of H2GO which are effective and easier to apply but don't have the longevity in my experience.
