As a buyer if love to agree with you. This time last year that's where they were for a similar car at OPC and privately they were mid to late 60s.

I don't recall cars in the mid 60s but very late 60s to mid 70s. I think everyone has been waiting to see what impact the 991 GT3 would have on used values. I've said it before but will say it again that the 997.2 GT3 and RS were the last of a breed and we should expect the prices to remain firm at the least. I think this car is £5k overpriced at the most and will be worth more in 3-4 months with a seasonal adjustment.

82k? I know it's GC but they got a nice RS for 89k. If that would check out I'd get that.

The GC RS isn't a clubsport despite it having a cage. I've read this is a little frowned upon...?

I believe so however you could spec the half leather seats and delete the cage - which appears to be the case with this car.
