Seems genuine enough and they are honest enough to mention it was bought through a Saab owners club website so anyone serious about buying this could search through the forums there about this car.

Cant say i would even consider owning a car thats nearly 20 years old and has more than double its original power output. Would rather a Volvo T5 with a few mods to be around the 300bhp mark

Owned a standard one for 4 years, great car. Mine was standard and the brakes were just up to the job. Big brake kits were about, but you had to fit lager diameter wheels. All that potential speed, and no extra stopping power - not for me.

Also lack of A/C n an otherwise long distance exec seems short sighted. I'm assuming is absence is to allow the larger intercooler, and turbo. Still 40-120 mph odd you'll keep most tings honest in the real world. Even with the lsd, you'll get very good at replacing gearboxes - even uprated ones struggle with big bhp gains. Mine would jump out of gear on full boost, with only 150k on the clock. Great cars through, would happily have another as a daily hack.

I bet that's nippy. My ~300bhp one was fast enough.

£4k seems strong money. It'd cost you a lot more than that to build it of course but I can't help but think that the market for a 470bhp Saab is quite small.
