Looks like a nice car and for a well respected specialist I think that's a good price esp if you can get a good warranty.

Yes that's what attracted me to it. Would use it as my winter car, Nokians all round it would be unstoppable.

Most aren't worth the paper they are printed on - you need to find people who have had the misfortune to test the warranty and then you can decide if you want to pay the "Dealer Premium" for supposed peace of mind.

Name & shame rules prevent negative comments on an open forum but a simple PM for info will generally get all the information you need!

I agree with this. A nice 450 but 15k for a 1998 and its done 62000 miles....just my opinion....but not worth that amount of money I have a Chimaera so any value increase is welcome, but, this is not a good deal.

What would folk pay for a 1998 450 that's not had the out riggers done or the cam shaft......11k perhaps 12k???

I see 15k not a bad buy for a punter who wants peace of mind with minimal worry

I think you need to work through the small print before signing and asking around to see if others have had problems.

I had the same experience from a well respected dealer and there Mickey Mouse warranty.
