putting a solid roof in an existing conservatory...

I wonder if anybody on here can help: I'm wanting to have a bit of work done, and it seems to be non-standard and is proving tricky to find somebody who can help!

We live in London, and we have a conservatory on our top floor - with a glass (metal/uPVC framed) roof.

We would like to convert the ceiling to look like a proper plasterboard ceiling from the inside (with the new ceiling fitted so it follows the glass and goes up to a ridge in the middle, rather than being flat). We would also like to mount a TV projector and screen on the new ceiling.

We had a specialist conservatory company lined up to do this, but on the day they were due to arrive they phoned to say they couldn't start, and unfortunately we've come to an impasse where they are no longer able to do the work for us...

So I am now back to square one, looking for a builder to do the work again.

Any ideas where I could find somebody to help?

its fairly standard work, any plasterer would do it.
