What is it, and how does one gain entry? I've seen this illustrious title displayed beneath a few names today, and have yet to discover whether it is a title bestowed upon the upper or lower echelons of the PH community.

Its an area of PH that allows Ted and Mods to have a quiet word about the posters contributions.

Whilst in the sin bin you can only see the sin bin as active forums.

Think of it as a padded cell for our less discerning guests...

It's an award made to members who try Ted's patience in the most imaginative way.

Do they do a good Ted/bad Ted routine?

Lets just say that there is a matress and a couple of baseball bats and an orange in a sock.

Just so we leave no marks you understand...

Pwig managed to get in the sin bin at Pistonfest. I know, he showed me his mobile phone at the bar. Quite funny when Ted was only a few yards away!

It's get's pretty lonely in there, especially if we forget to push a plate of bread & water under the door.

Strange request PH, but can you do requests to go in the sin bin?

If so could I go in there for about two weeks?

So let me get this right:-

1. You go in the sin bin if you go too far in expressing your opinion - ie ribbing turns into vitriolic slagging off.

2. Whilst in the sin bin you can only talk to others in there and can't see any of the other active forums outside, only those which have been cloased?

3. Why has jamesc, for example, got sin bin in red under his name, yet has been able to post on one of the forums? Does his mean that he has only just been released into the wild again and is on a sort of probation?

One last question, not reallt expecting an answer to this one but why is jamesc in the sin bin? (was it another boarder line slander on the fw forum?

1) You go to the Bin if you break the rules repeatedly and ignore warnings.

www.pistonheads.com/gassing/rules.htm

2) Chances are you are in there with only the Mods and Ted for company

3) The Sin Bin tag is attached to the profile so all posts regardless of age will show the Sin Bin red tag whilst they are in there.
