You agree a price/win the auction, then what?

Obviously the paperwork is in someone else’s name, what’s the process to transfer it, if there’s no vehicle to put it on yet?

That’s only clear if there’s a vehicle to put it straight on to

If I remember correctly there is a form on the back of the Retention Certificate to change the Grantees name. There used to be a £25 fee to do this, not sure if it's still the case.
