Recommend me a new lawn mower

My beloved 1971 Hayter Harrier mk1 19” cut has seized. I’m gutted... we’ve had it for twelve years and it leaves such a lovely finish.

I’ve enquired about replacement engines and having both a vertical and side shaft (for the chain drive) isn’t available. I’m tempted to have a stab at rebuilding the engine, but time is limited and I’m guessing parts will be scarce.

So... time for a new mower! The main requirements are self propelled and stripes. I quite fancy a cylinder mower. It needs to last my lifetime (I.e. ~40yrs), so I’m happy to spend some money for a premium machine.

The Lawn is medium sized. Attaching a photo if helpful for recommendations.

I'm very happy with our Viking - we've got the 43cm with roller, they do bigger cuts.

Have a look on ebay. Old Suffolk punch/colt and Atco machines are being given away for practically nothing, especially at this time of year. They're a bit more of a pita to start than modern stuff but it's still not exactly difficult.
