Bathroom Underfloor Heating

We are redoing the bathroom and want to get underfloor heating.
It's got a timber sub-floor with floorboards and we plan to put tiles down and are looking for electric UFH.
I learned that for using tiles on floorboards, we would have to put down a boarding (either ply or something like "No More Ply") to give a solid, flat surface for the tiles.
Given that we want to put down UFH, I was wondering if there are any products that combine the UFH and boarding in one, so that I don't need to put down both UFH and boarding?
