The Aston Martin Racing Festival will be a supporting race, on the Saturday morning of the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans, starting at 10:15 CET.

There will be many different models taking part in the race including, possibly their first time racing, two Vulcans.
I would like to think that we can view this on the German Eurosport TV (being too mean to pay a television subscription) but I do not know. They do broadcast the entire 24 Hours race.

The provisional entry list can be seen through this link.

Jon, I very much doubt that this will be broadcasted by free TV Eurosport 1, but I cannot tell for sure, of course. At least I do not remember such special support events being broadcasted in previous years.

As of today the TV program schedule I can find reaches no further than June 8th. So as June 16th keeps approaching, you may find the program probably in eight days or so here, if you like:

Yes, I fear that you are correct Emilio. I will be able to watch the 24 Hours on TV, but probably not the earlier Aston Martin race.
Last time there was an Aston support race (I think 2015), it was available later on YouTube, but not live.

You might know that your free Eurosport TV, has a British Eurosport version which is not free, so I watch some events on yours.
Sky TV don't want the British people to know that is possible.

I won't be getting an invitation to Le Mans from AML. They don't even send me their magazine anymore. Mind you, I don't send them anything, so I can understand. ~ wink

Fingers crossed for the weather! If it’s a dry race, Red 10 will lead the parade lap prior to the start. Sadly (though understandably), ACO rules will only allow their drivers & passengers to be onboard! Hope to get some good video. I shall also be having a ‘chat’ with the driver before the car leaves the paddock! teacher
MASSIVE thanks to Bins for arranging all the stuff the car will be involved in over the weekend (including the Driver’s Parade on the Friday afternoon)!

heard it's pretty tricking getting new tyres for AMs out that way as they have to transfer stock down from Paris on the Monday wink
