Evidence Affidavit

I wish to produce as evidence at a court hearing, an email from a 3rd party, professional person. Do i require that person's permission to do the same, and/or do I need to make an affidavit before a solicitor, before submitting the same evidence. thanks

If it’s a civil matter, just disclose it in your list of documents.

You can prepare a witness statement and then say "There is a letter from XX which I exhibit at page Y" ....
