Compressor lines in copper

Hi guys
Ive recently moved house and am looking to sort out the new garage.
In my old place the compressor was in a corner, direct feed out the end of the tank and into a regulator, then some nylon pipe and push fittings along the wall, via a couple of Tee pieces to 2 x snap adapters to plug the airline into. One at the rear of the garage in the working area and one at the front to give distance needed to blow up tyres on the drive etc
The new garage is a double with a mezzanine floor. I intend to house the compressor up there out of the way. The thing I always found with the nylon pipe and push fittings was they developed leaks and I was often replacing them.
I’m thinking of doing it in copper. Using a flexible kitchen tap connector from compressor to copper pipe, run over the garage door, down the corner and then the same 2 Tee pieces to snap adapters. This way I can solder the joints in some places and use compression fittings and ample doses of PTFE to get air tight. The regulator has a filter/ water drain so I’ll have a slight fall towards that and a dump valve to clear any moisture.
So, the question is, anyone got experience of copper? Are compression fittings suitable to go from a Tee to the female snap adapters? What size copper should I use? The run will be 12m max so 15mm is good enough?
Any other help, experience or advice gratefully received.

I looked at doing similar, in two garage site, with the compressor tucked away in a corner. I looked at several systems that could provide outlets at multiple points, but then got sensible.
I have a self retracting reel at the door where the two garages join, and used a length of the same hose to connect the compressor to the reel. U-Clips attach the fixed hose to rafters etc, and the reel hose will reach anywhere in the garages, or out of them onto my 'forecourt'. A similar setup, with the reel next to youir door would achiev the same.
Cheaper and just as versatile as multipoint systems!
