So you're not even going to fight your corner?

Why not?

It’s often about fighting with the leave intelligentsia here isn’t it?

Don’t let them get to you Sibi - the rude ones never actually seem to say anything anyway, just ignore.

Don’t let the bds get you down.
They’re just internet bullies, plain and simple.

I won't , I shall completely ignore Deepend, or whoever his/her previous name

might have been.
Though I did have faint hopes of him/her recognising a metaphorical question.
Alas, t'was not to be.

I tend to agree with the sentiment - it's just the Internet.

Some of you need to have a look at yourselves.

Yep.

The thing about internet bullies/morons is that they are easy to wind up and it is fun to watch them squirm and rant.

I never had any interest in Politics at all before seeing the utter lunacy spouted in the NP&E Forum and trying to debate properly can be a real chore, they lie and change your posts to suit their bias; so simply annoy them instead. They like to 'think' you are really invested one way or another by your participation but that is what they need to believe to pacify themselves somewhat - they can't stand the truth that you simply toy with them during a bored moment. biggrin

It's only the internet - anonymous folk interacting with each other. No need to take any of it remotely seriously.

Just try and reflect on this for a moment.

You are part of the problem.

This isn't a whole thread just for a personal flounce, is it?

Come on SIBI/PM/SD/???...I thought you just stayed in bed and let such things wash over you.

Maybe there should be a sticky "Flounce" thread where people can note their flounce status at any one time?

biggrin

Why flounce? It's only an internet forum, matters not in the grand scheme of things.

There are one or two who genuinely believe that they're changing opinions and the world on here,. There's one idiot who posts essays and was stupid enough to post pictures of himself and information about the company he worked for, which made winding him up all too easy, he even sported a mullet! As they operate in the echo chamber of PH they delude themselves into believing that they are right, it all adds to the enjoyment.
