There should be a yellow wire in the dash that is ment to connect the CD/Radio to the permenant live feed.
Just make sure you have an inline fuse.
BTW: I use the yellow on mine as it stops the units memory/clock from reseting and it does mean I can have music on whilst sitting in the car with the engine off, wondering what my girfiend is doing that it takes so long to leave the house.

Hi all
Does anyone know a way (quick or easy - perhaps not) that the cd/radio can be operated without the need to turn on all the electrics?
Hi Mcharman, I asked this Q a while back - see this topic: www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?f=8&h=0&t=15812
I had trouble getting the radio out so left it to the expert (Cerberus Motorsport) when serviced. Fine now
