Hi Mods,

Whilst I suspect it may well have taken too much of your time to try and moderate it, I'm still rather disappointed that nobody wanted to take the time to at least try on my "personal benefits of Brexit" thread.

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

As plenty of other commented before it was shut, the hundreds of pages of vitriol on the "Brexit: Was it worth it" threads are very much NOT the same thing, because the politically argumentative guff from both sides makes it absolutely impossible to get any actual valuable insights from it!

Any chances of getting the thread reopened and you maybe delete any posts that don't follow a format of two short paragraphs that start "My personal Brexit benefit was" and "The way I achieved this specific benefit was"...

Just delete anything else, and if people want an argument either for or against those points, let them take them to the Vitriol thread.

In the meantime, maybe we might just get some factual observations of how people actually have individually benefited, which might both let leave voters feel vindicated in their decision and reassure remain voters that even if they're not perceiving any personal benefits, at least some people are?

Thanks for raising this, but we already have a Brexit thread running here that is suited to the topic of your thread https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
