B8 RS5, what to look out for?

Hey all,
I'm having a bit of dilemma right now, around 4 months ago I bought w212 E63 with 50k miles, car is in pristine condition and decently specced.
But, due to it being a really nice example I don't really feel like putting miles on it and generally enjoying the car, in the time I had it I probably did around 1800 miles which for me is unheard-of.
Due to it retaining its price for now, and I'm hoping for slight increase in price around summer, I am thinking about selling it as I stand to possibility make a bit on it.
So that opens up the question, I decided that I'll go for but older, higher mile cars which I can thoroughly enjoy and wrench on without feeling guilty.
My candidates so far are:
BMW M3 E9x and Audi RS5, both are priced around 13k give me a lot of room for maintenance and mods without worrying about value as I'll be buying bottom of the market.
With M3 I am aware of their common issues, with RS5 say 2011 model the first batch basically I'm not so clued up.
Can anyone suggest what to look out for and what are the pricy items which need addressing?
