Morning Folks,

Completed paperwork on my first house this week, which means I now finally have a garage of my own. It is a single by width, but is effectively 2 cars deep.

Looking for some inspiration on “decorating” the garage. What’s your setup?

Big thread here on single width garages, with some nice ideas:

I would strongly suggest that you work out what you would like on the floor first, as trying to do anything to the floor after it's full of "stuff" will be a lot harder work.

After that would look to put up some lights, the new LED strip lights are good these days and pop up a few more than you think you will need if you are going to be doing any work in there.

Congratulation on the buying a garage with the attached house.....

However big it is, it's never big enough........

(Maybe your wife has mentioned the same thoughts!)

In response to this query 'er indoors usually replies,
'Big enough to be comfortable.'

But with regards to a garage, bigger is better!
