Dont have one of those on mine. But I expect you would get a timing chain, which all being well shouldnt need changing for at least 100k miles.

Servicing should be done every 6K or 12 months according to most sources. However there is no harm in getting the car fettled more regularly if you want. I'm not sure how much a standard main dealer service costs as I had mine done (last week) at a TVR specialist. Their costs are 280 for a 6K and 340-360ish (I think) for a 12K, which are done to the TVR servicing schedules. Hope this helps Cheers Dan

sorry john, where are you based....I use a specialist rather than a dealer, he is an enthusiast which I believe to be important and is obviously cheaper @ £190/£360 Edited by apache on Tuesday 21st August 12:48

Apache, where do you go then? That sounds like a bit of a bargain, and I'm not at all conviced about the service I got from a (respected) main dealer. They didn't even change the air filter at the 12K. Xain

Be very careful when it comes to servicing. My Griff 500 was last serviced by so called TVR specialist (colin blowers). I would never recommend them.
