I must admit I try and avoid photocopying salesmen at all costs but
have been roped in to discuss them tomorrow! We are
looking at replacing our existing ones - anyone have any comments /
anything in particular to look out for? I might look at running
pcounter via them as we use that for printers does anyone else do this?

Do you tend to have networked photocopiers and if so is this cheaper
than big printers etc? Do you run them contracted or buy them one off?

We have a networked Brother laser copier/printer. The running costs and print quality (black & white) are much cheaper than having inkjets or lasers on each desk. They are also not that expensive to buy now so I would definately go down that route.

We have 4 B&W and 2 colour networked copier/scanner/printers for every 200-odd users. IIRC, they're Canons. It's a contracted in service.
