Graphics artist needed for website

I need some orignal artwork created for a website I'm putting together, needs to be of a cartoon nature. The comission will include the design of a logo.

Anyone able to help for a reasonable cost - it's going to be a non-commerical site (in the sense of the software and services it promotes are free) so I don't want to spend too much.

there always seems to be very good work produced over at www.sitepoint.com in the marketplace under design competitions.

If you run it like this you can get many different artists takes on your design spec, and I have seen some great work produced (although never commissioned anything myself)
