What a fat er Juan Pablo Montoya was?! I mean, I remember everyone poking fun at his slightly un-F1 waistline but, jeeezoos, I'd forgotten what a porker he was!

I mean, check out those man boobs in the first pic! It's a wonder he managed to survive a race, never mind win one...

A few days ago I was having a good look at the driver's seat on Montoya's '06 McLaren. It was tiny. You would not have thought that it was wide enough to accomodate a ten year-old, much less the chubbiest driver on the grid.
All I could imagine was that he's got a very small skeleton, covered with a thick layer of soft, malleable flesh.

Calling Montoya chubby is a bit relative, isnt it? I mean, most F1 drivers are feaks of nature, built like jockeys and thin as sticks. If youy compared him with a regular Gym member, Montoya would be thin and super fit

Mosnter should hopefully get in the CHASE next year - he is missed in F1 - not one of the PC faires that seem to fill the Grid - though a few characters do seem to be coming in now.

the best thing about it was that he was able to race... Hamilton last year seemed able to overtake when others couldn't and I think montoya had the same quality of being able to pull off a passing move that you wouldn't have expected. Also the season (2002?) where he got that string of poles and fastest ever F1 lap was pretty cool too.
