Can anyone recommend tyres for a 3 series 330CI on a 02 plate. Currently on Dunlops 225/40 ZR18....? That's what they came with.

Michelin PS2's
Goodyear Eagles
Continental Contact Sports

As a more budget tyre some people on here swear by the Falken's

I'm not sure if they're a bit skittttish on the wet. Or is it the power to weight ratio and the torque when the boot goes down that gives the impression of lifting, or losing it..!! If you're happy with the dunlops then I'll concede and stay with what I've got..

yeah they are becoming increasingly difficult to get hold of - Goodyear seem to be moving across to the new tyre pattern, my local tyre dealer doesnt know whether/when they will be gettind any more of the F1s in

What the tread depth like? Pressuress set right? My car had Dunlop SP9000's on it when I bought it, so I just kept the same on it when they were due a change, I've changed the fronts once and the rears twice, seem to get good milage out of them and the grip is sufficient, just adapt your driving style to the conditions.

Bridgestone Firehawks; had them on the 325, superb grip in dry and wet conditions
