Hey guys,

I used my Suzuki Marauder 125 to get to a job interview yesterday, and on the way back it felt like the back-wheel was wobbling loose. I pulled over to see what was wrong, to find that I had to tilt the bike to the right to get the side-stand out it was that low thanks to the flat-as-pancake backtire I discovered.

Had to leave it on some old lady's drive about a mile away from home before coming back a few hours later to rev it home at 2mph on the pavement :'(

It's propped against my garage wall now with no back wheel, Wacky's gone to see what can be done about it.

Just thought I'd let you know wink

EDIT: Oh, also we can't see anything that caused the puncture in the tire.

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back. I was on my way home from work (20 mile) when I got an allen key in it but luckily it didn't go down until I got home. 15 phone calls and £60 later and everything was fine.

Gutting isn't it....especially if you're an idiot like me and have no idea how to repair such things even though I carry a repair kit under the seat!

Bikes have two tyres, so punctures usually shouldn't be a problem. You've always got the backup...

I must be the unluckiest person in the world with tyres, got three punctures in one day once! Two on my car and one on my bike!My latest escapade was even more ridiculous,my new Michelin sport delivered to the house,me standing in my living room with it bouncing it up and down on the carpet while talking to the other half,i don't know, just like you would stand tossing a bunch of keys in the air and catching them i suppose, then, and this is just how bad my luck is,i had been bouncing it near a carpet strip a few times,it had unsettled a screw, the screw had flipped upright and went right through the chuffing tyre lol!!!Not even on the bloody bike yet, anyone beat that?
