I've not done the Bike Safe course but I have done a number of advanced riding courses. Just relax and enjoy yourself. Don't take any critical comments personally and listen carefully to what is said. If anything is causing you a problem or is confusing, don't be afraid to ask for further help or explanation. There are no such things as stupid questions, only stupid answers. I bet you will have a great time. (Lets hope the weather is kind to you!) Good luck.
Get ready to ride a bike faster than you have ever done so before on the road!
Seriously - not top speeds - but speeds through the twisties.
These boys (and girls) can ride! And they will push you (if you want them to).
It is an excellent day out - I have posted on here lots about it in the past. I will do another one when I have the time.

I haven't done Bikesafe yet but hoping to once I've got a few more miles/more confident on a big bike. I did 2 years on my CG and now I've passed and got the 1200 it's a completely different riding experience so a bit more confident in the twisties then I'm going to sort out a bikesafe before the Bandit turns and bites me in the arse
I try nd do one Bikesafe day a year as a kind of refresher, teaches you loads of useful tricks and gets you looking at a much bigger riding picture from a different point of view, really helps your visuals and opens the road you are travelling along up for you.
Depending on where you are expect them to have a 2 - 3 mile twisty'ish road lined up with the aim of covering it swiftly with virtually no use of the brakes, all by throttle, gears and forward planning.
Go with an open mind, it'll be great.
