re-ordering right click menus

the most popular choices i make on right click are save picture as and refresh/reload in IE/firefox. Is there any way of moving these so they're the first 2 items in the right-click list? Its only a small thing but on the recent aeroplane picture thread it would have been really handy is save picture was the first choice in the list! any thoughts? I know about f5 for refreshing pages, but i dont know of any way for saving all the pictures on a thread so having the save picture option more easily accessible would be a good start
