I was asking for help as to why the website in the topic looked weird and for someone to check their end. The link wasn't an advert, it was the link to the website that is buggered!

Removed a few minutes before the OP here.

It was about why does my website only fill a fraction of the screen, rather than scaling. Was asking people to test it under different resolutions and browsers and suggest workarounds.

Was going to ask a follow on CSS / PHP related question too
