Or visit Dunkeswell or Clay Pigeon kart circuits - he owns Dunkeswell and sometimes attends Clay with his sons.

I don't know for sure, but I'm sure I heard that he'd sold the Golf place but his museum is still there.

Anyway, if he still does own it if you write to his PA at the Golf Club asking nicely it should happen - my best man did just this to get a signed wedding card from him for me.

My mum wrote to his Isle of man address back in 80's. She sent a pic
that I had taken at Brands. She got a letter back signed by Nigel and
also he signed the photo.

They still have homes, family and business over here!!!!!

Infact Leo, Greg and Nigel all raced at Dunkeswell a month or so ago in Rotax Max so can be found regularly there. Greg has also been testing World Series lately.

One of my dad's ex-employees is married to the newphew of Nige (or something tenuous like that). I could probably get something like a signed pic sorted out with a bit of effort...

I used to work for a former F1 driver. He often received requests for autographs, photos etc. It was costing him quite a lot to respond to everyone so in the end he would only respond to those that included a stamped addressed envelope. If you are going to ask do yourself a favour and include one too.
BTW - I would try Woodbury Park.

Call in at IAM HQ ?

It would be prudent to ring first to make sure he's going to be there.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

Never presume

I contact quite a few of these high profile people for my charity bash.
I ALWAYS write first and ask if they will sign
Following their reply I ALWAYS include an SAE and all labels.
On return I ALWAYS write and say 'thank you'
When the item is charity auctioned I ALWAYS let them know what how much was raised.

So that's a minimum of four contacts......but after doing this for 6 years I can assure you it pays off. They or their PAs do remember and you can go back anytime.

This year : J Stewart.Moss.Nye.Lister.Ron Dennis.Cedric Selzer.Sears.Donnelly
Kitson.Bob Dance.Nick Adams.Whitmore.Green.Dexter Brown.Delia Smith.Yokohama.
Alan Henry.E Fittipaldi.Bob Bondurant.Frankie Dettori.Graham Warner.Ian Scott Watson.Jim Endrewit.Jonathan Williams.Lewis Hamilton.Nico Rosberg.Reine Wisell.Richard Noble.Peter Arundell.Ian Walker (RIP July 7)

This is what it took to raise £50,800 for our local childrens hospice
