Anyone offer advise on an 840/850
Discussion
A good one shouldn't be a money pit, but you are in modern classic zone now so budget for preventative maintenance.
840 Ci Sport seems to be pick of the bunch at present, has CSi wheels, body kit and mirrors etc.
If you want the hardcore version then go for a CSi.
5.6 M Power V12 with manual box, updated brakes and suspension, LSD and rear wheel steer.
But, only 150 made for UK and rare as rocking horse poo.

Get a good one and you'll be paying a fair bit for servicing and fuel but you'll have a car which to this day still turns heads.
Get a bad one and you'll spend as much on fixing it as you did buying it.

I have had mine for 7 months (840 ci sport 4.4) and it has been a great car to drive. Look out for the cats, hard to detect when buying. Make sure that it has good history and open the sunroof and look for rust. I looked at six before buying and most had rust on the sunroof, not sure why. I can get late 20's mpg when on a run and about 20 mpg round town.
