i have a copy of acrobat 6 on my work pc. i need to compile some other pdfs, which is nice and easy, but also reduce the page size from a3 to a4 so others will be able to print it out ok. i can't see how to do this. can someone help out a numpty please?

add-ons are no good as i can't download through the company internet.

Sorry to point out the obvious, but this shouldn't be a problem. "Scale to fit" or "Shink to printable area" will normally be the default, so the A3 on the screen will come out of an A4 printer scaled correctly on one page.

normally yes, but i explained myself poorly.

i have 8 sheets of pdf drawings that i need to collate and resize to a4. these will then be added as an appendix to a report that is also a4, which will likely end up being printed by the most pc illiterate people in the company.

Ah, ok. ... but I still think it will resize automatically when it formats the document for printing. Even with the different sized pages in the doc.
