Too many tabs

I think this happened after Moz FF updated - my web history for every page i visit now sits as a tab- 12 are always on screen -and if i click arrow my whole web history is in tabs- and hence using lots of PC rescources
Is there a setting i need to adjust?

not sure what you mean exactly but if it's what I thikn it is then you can delete the tab from your bookmarks in Bookmarks|Organise Bookmarks

Just go through and close them all - they shouldn't reopen when you restart FF.

Even after closing tabs kept reloading
Solution is right click and "close all other tabs"

Have you got it set to start up with whatever was open when FF was last run??

No FF is not set up to start with what was last run.
New sessions , new websites, new pages -tabs keep loading

You may have multiple home pages set up? Look in Tools | Options | Main and check you just have one address in there?
