I need a little help from the wise people of Pistonheads.

My Dad recently got a laptop for working on the go and working on emails whilst away from home. The aim is to sync his emails between desktop at home and his laptop.

I've set up outlook to pick up his btinternet emails and his own company domain emails. How can I sync his inbox on his laptop to exactly replicate his dekstop inbox and update when he deletes/moves email around on his laptop?

Can I use mobile me? Gmail?

Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Yes, use gmail and set it up using IMAP as the protocol.. you can then view on pretty much any device and the folders will be the same.

cheers,

You'll need to use IMAP on all computers instead of POP3.

HTH!

Pay a few £ a month for an exchange account - revolutionised my life a bit.
