Excel Databases/look-up tables.
Discussion
We use Excel to create a mailshot list for input into a Word mailmerge doc (its just how it comes out of our main database) and we also have an worksheet of companies that have told us they no longer want to be contacted (we can't change the main database cos its a proprietary item).
So the question is, how do I easily compare the mailshot list with the no contact list and delete the right ones from the mailshot list?
I've got a macro running that does it, but its getting cumbersome because of the number of companies I've had to add, and i'd like a much neater solution.
