So anyhoo, I'm a bit stumped on a decent present for my folks 25th - can PH do the hard work and come up with some top ideas?

No, but don't worry.

We just bought English Heritage membership, or maybe look at Nat Trust

Budget. Two hundred quid? Sound about reasonable?

A trip away somewhere, where he can leave her in a Spa & go and do a track day or similar.

At 25yrs they've probable spent enough time in each others company to enjoy a day to themselves doing something they like

Although this is a good idea, the budget does not add up to this cost unfortunately,

I put another vote for the photoshoot.

Most studios do the actual shoot for free then charge around £50 per image so you could get 4 descent pictures on a canvas for your money.

How about s load of old newspapers/new stories on special days...family birthdays or on each of their anniversaries. Or, get a load of photo's of their kids, grandkids and make it into some kind of book, you know, growing up kinda stuff. This will mean a load more to them than anything, if they are anything like my olds.

I'm guessing they wouldn't want a new bike? Just checking.
