I know the titles a bit st but I couldn't think of what wording to use to describe a job title that has been made to look more important than it is.

I was sitting in lane 1 of the M25 this morning when a transit connect came up beside with the most remarkable signage...Aquatic retrival technician! It had a Tesco logo beside it and was towing a trailer with a picture of a Tesco trolley on it.

I was amazed, I mean fair play to the guys who do it (at least they work) but fk me they pull trolleys from ponds. Has the world gone mad?

Tesco get a letter of the council, if it is still there a week later they get a fine.

Yeah but these people specialise in hunting in water, they don't want to be included with the 'normal' trolley hunters.

And rivers.. and canals.... and ehhh other wet places.

Fair play to them though, I would just rather that the bloody things were kept within the compounds of the store though.

A bit off topic but talking about trolleys.

Earlier I saw 3 trollies chained together. So one was on top of the others, obviously someone had wanted to get the money out of all 3. hehe
They were like in a loop, all chained together.

Sorry, I like to tell little stories. smile

Shopping trollies are about £100 a go, so you can see why they go to the bother of retrieving them...
