- 2 spare tubes (1 regular, 1 slime)
- 3 allen keys
- spoke key
- Leatherman Skeletool
- 2 tyre levers
- wallet
- house keys
- phone
- 3 or 4 quid in change

Quite a lot to squeeze into a little Aldi bag!

Only the road bike has a (tiny) saddlebag, containing:

- tube
- two tyre levers
- park tool patches
- tyre boot
- CO2 cartridge (minipump on frame does CO2 and with pump as a backup)
- small multitool with usual key sizes and chain tool
- emergency £10

tbh, it could all fit in my back pockets quite easily.

On MTB, I use a Camelbak which has all that minus the CO2, a bigger pump, a leatherman plus a couple of small bandages and a foil blanket.

Multitool
1 metal tyre level (it gets anything off and had too many plastic ones break)
Spare tube
Puncture repair kit
Multitool
Bit of loose change
Couple of cable ties
Bits of toothpaste tube (for those emergency tyre repairs)

It does sound like quite a bit of stuff, but my saddle bag is about this size and it all fits in.

My pump is cable tied to the frame.
