Managers have it set on their systems and just need to ask to use it (check if a car is insured else where etc).
Claims staff all have it on their systems hopefully thats were i'll be heading in a few months .

Edit to add The MID system is different to the askmid site and i haven't used it today so not sure if its just the public version thats down or all comercial too.
