Cooked a brisket of beef last night (continuing pressure cooker experiments) and intend to actually have some to eat tonight. What's the best way to reheat it? Was thinking of slicing it and give it a gentle warm through in some gravy in a pan, would this be the best way?

My mother used to do that in a special pan. It had a special word, re-something, the French for reheating I think. Very nice.
