HELP Virus attack

Help.Running XP.. Chrome..Getting numerous messageges on screen saying .. Security Alert.. You are infected you are being attacked Ect ect. Have Superspyware and Malwarebytes but when i try to acess them am getting a message " infected not available ".
So have a vius but cant get into prog to remove !!.
Wont let me log onto the net either !!
Using an old laptop to send this ..
Any idea's ?????

Take off and nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Antivir ?

This may be of help I used it myself last week,

Sounds like one of the flavours of Antivir. If you boot into safe mode with no networking you should be able to run Malwarebytes and get rid of it.
