Can I get this fixed rather than having to buy new boots?
stop being tight my XPD's are showing wear but I have done 24,000 miles worth. I reckon a hole = treat yourself to new boots/rant at manufacturer depending on how old they are.
Probably because you're moving your left foot around more to change gear whereas the right foot just 'rests' on the footrest/brake; the left foot is sliping the boot around the gear lever to postion it ready for up or down - do you have metal topped footrests or rubber?
Ever noticed how the left footrest rubber is usually more worn than the right on higher mileage bikes.
Either that ot you keep walking round in clockwise circles looking at your bike.

Noticed my left boot has a hole in it on the bottom and the only reason I can think is when coming to a stop I use my back brake so put my left foot down.

Even it up with the new pair put putting your right foot down when you stop from now on.. I can feel one of those threads coming on about how experienced riders use the correct foot.Anyone elses more worn?
