Anyone know how to contact eBay?

I can't log into my eBay account as I have forgotten the password (don't use it much). However, whilst I can get the forgotten password email fine, based on my User ID, when I try to login to the forgotten password tool, it says my User ID is incorrect

Can someone please explain how you can get help from eBay when you can't log onto the site in the first place?

Assume you tried this page Managing Account got a forgotton user id option.

If that doesn't work, sign in as guest from the contact us page, and then you can enter some text to send to them. Should then give you the option of a live chat session.

Thanks plover, couldn't find that option the first time around.

After a wait they managed to sort me out with a temporary password to get out of the loop. Just FYI, But they don't take kindly to being accused of not being a real person.
