We're looking for somewhere that can supply and print onto 10mm polycarbonate. Sheet size is around 2m x 0.5m with 6 fixing holes and polished edges.

Full colour print required on the reverse so that it shows through to the other side.

It will be fitted outside so the material and ink must be UV stabilised.

We have a local supplier but they're a pain to deal with.

Initial quantity would be between 2 and 5 with a potential for that to increase to 50+ per quarter.

But sadly your contact doesnt....... because the email address returns mail as undeliverable.

I tried "mark@....." too but that did the same.

Ah...

Thats a trifle embarrassing...

eta: try 'info@' and mark it for the attention of Mark -

Sorry about that, all a bit odd.

laugh

I just called them and found the error was actually partly my own fault! its "mark@...... dg.com"

I'd tried "marl@....dq.com" and "mark@... dq.com"

Got there in the end.

if your struggling, the company i work for has recently invested a few hundred thousand in a UV flatbed printer and computer controlled router, ideal for a job such as yours

though you cant really polish the edges of polycarbonate to a similar level as acrylic material

Neil.

IIRC you're also in Tamworth so that could be useful. I'll drop you an email.
