Cashpoint did not pay out but still charged my account!

Tonight at Tesco I used the cashpoint on site to withdraw 50 quid, cashpoint made a noise but no cash came out. Thought nothing of it and I hadn't requested a receipt. Put card in again and withdrew a further 50 quid with a receipt as I was worried, this arrived.

Got home tonight checked my bank and the machine has charged me 50 quid twice.

So, tomorrow i'm going to ring my bank, but who is liable?

Receipt is from RBS, machine is based at tesco and has the tag line CashLine across the top. My bank is Lloyds.

I'd assume I wouldn't be able to withdraw on the second attempt if this was the case though?

Fingers crossed bank can tell I didn't take any money, find out in the morning I guess...

Good news, I went to the bank on Friday, told them about it, woman made a note and today I was reimbursed. Glad I didn't have any difficulty here!
