Just thinking about this since dash cams are getting ever more popular these days but could someone get done for speeding if someone caught them on their dash cam and reported it to the police? Beginning of the traffic vigilantes!
Just wondering, when you overtake somebody you can exceed the speed limit and if the person was a person who didn't take to kindly and had a dash cam could they prosecute or give to the police as evidence?
